Tim Diego is the senior managing director of alternative private equity firm Windgate Capital, LP, has been responsible in helping the company to aggressively seek out deals for assisted living facilities and medical facilities. Never one to shy away from the more challenging deals, Tim Diego only looks for those deals with the greatest certainty of making money. The success of his transactions has recently led to good news for those involved with the company as an October announcement stated that the company would pay out an additional dividend of 15 cents per share while more recently the company has announced that it will open a new office based in London.

Confident of improving market conditions, Tim Diego declared that “now is the time to buy, buy, buy” but cautiously added that he would “only look at the SWAN (Sleep Well At Night) Deals”. No further details regarding the proposed opening a new office have yet been made public but it is likely that the opening will proceed quickly now that the announcement has been made.

As well as being the Senior Managing Director for successful Windgate Capital, LP, Tim Diego has also been elected to the Board of Directors as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Centro Espanol de Tampa. Tampa’s oldest, existing social club was first established in 1891 by Spanish immigrants in order to offer those members with little or no disposable income with access to the latest in medical care. With more than 3,500 members, the club continues to strive for these same lofty benefits for all members.
